There is also a 80 m2 terrace, a 12 m2 patio and a 20 m2 garden with terrace furniture.The washing machine is for shared use.There is a shop, grocers and a restaurant within 1 km, a bus stop at 100 m, a sandy beach at 5 km and a tennis court 4 km away. Genova is approximately 50 km and Portofino at 30 km.Deiva Marina is a popular bathing centre with 1600 inhabitants in the midst of the Riviera di Levante, between Moneglia and Levanto, at the border with the Cinque Terre. For relaxing holidays with its gravel beach and beach promenade. It has a good climate, thanks to the breeze coming down from the Bracco pass.
